Rising from a remote rural background, she became a lawyer, youth activist, and media personality. She hosted the television program “Swasthya Sarokar” on Nepal Television, raising public awareness on health issues, and served on the board of the Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), promoting youth empowerment and civic engagement. In politics, she is a founding central committee member of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). She was elected as the MP from Kathmandu-2 in 2022 and won Chitwan-3 in 2026 with a record-breaking number of votes.
