Balendra Shah

Rabi Lamichane
Rabi Lamichhane, born on September 13, 1975, in Nagarkot, Bhaktapur, Nepal, is a prominent Nepali politician, media personality, and former journalist. He rose to national fame through his investigative television programs, including Sidha Kura Janata Sanga and Sidha Kura Pradhanmantri Sanga, where he tackled corruption, bureaucracy, and public issues. Lamichhane holds experience in radio and TV both in Nepal and after moving to the United States in his early 20s for higher studies. Sobita Gautam
Sobita Gautam, born on 17 June 1995 in Tamakoshi Rural Municipality, Dolakha, is one of Nepal’s prominent young leaders. Rising from a remote rural background, she became a lawyer, youth activist, and media personality. She hosted the television program “Swasthya Sarokar” on Nepal Television, raising public awareness on health issues, and served on the board of the Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), promoting youth empowerment and civic engagement. In politics, she is a founding central committee member of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). She was elected as the MP from Kathmandu-2 in 2022 and won Chitwan-3 in 2026 with a record-breaking number of votes. In Parliament, she focuses on anti-corruption, legal reforms, citizen rights, and youth participation in governance. Sobita has been recognized as One Young World’s Politician of the Year 2023 and a Vital Voices Fellow 2025 for her leadership in gender equality and governance.

Swarnim Wagle
Swarnim Wagle is a Nepali economist and politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament from Tanahun-1 and Vice-Chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
